· Perform the assigned
duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department's
· Develop and implement
all financial plans to achieve Financial Department goals.
· Prepare monthly,
quarterly and annual budget execution report.
· Participate in developing
the financial strategic objectives, plans, policies and procedures.
· Ensure compliance
with internal applied financial and accounting policies and procedures to
avoid any discrepancies results.
· Oversee and ensure
smooth period/ year end/ open/ close processes for the General Ledger.
· Supervise on
developing and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other

· Oversee and monitor
the payroll payment process to company personnel in coordination with Human

· Maintain accurate
and up to date records of all financial transactions.
· Manage the staff in
resolving conflicts, delegate and organize tasks, as well as motivate and
lead teams during project developments
· Prepare and submit monthly,
quarterly and annual financial reports to the direct manager.
· Ensure that all
payments are collected in a timely manner.
· Monitor financial
position, financial performance and cash flows of the company.
· Perform any other tasks related to the job
assigned by the direct manager.
